I have openings this week and I am now trained in basic Craniosacral Therapy techniques for anyone who is interested.

Craniosacral Therapy involves a light touch manipulation of the vertebral column and the cranium bones to allow better flow of the cerebrospinal fluid. Cerebrospinal fluid is the fluid inside our Dural membranes, that protects the spinal cord and the brain from the internal attachments of the skull and vertebrae, bringing in nutrients and removing waste from our system.

Through a 10-step protocol, typically 45-55 minutes, we can rebalance the cerebrospinal fluid allowing your spine to ease into a state of relaxation directly affecting the central nervous system, bringing noticeable improvements in health.
