In Somatic channeling, Automatic movements come through., aka channeled energy. Precise timing of mudras & and hand movements - etc , through me onto the client.

The body finds the quickest way to move energy efficiently, in this case - lots of tremors and shaking because of an energy block in the solar plexus area.

This client , after the session, said he felt a lot of releasing in his solar plexus area, from multiple timelines & multiple past lives.

I’ve learned (especially the last 5 years) it’s time to stop hiding, and to be fully seen in what I’m here to do. (I’ll admit, some days are easier to share than others)

Because the more we attune to our own power,
the less we need to give it away— to other people,
to systems, to structures, to anything outside of us.

But this kind of awakening asks something of you—
you have to take off the mask(s)💥. Trust me, removing the masks, feels vulnerable. Yet at the same time, liberating.

By taking off the masks, you can claim what’s always been within you. I’m curious, are you waking up to this? Have you found yourself in this inner flow, meditative/trance state, precision in movements, mudras, verbal channeling, divine energy surging through your body? Spinal Energetics & Movement— Some bodies move in big, visible waves., shaking , etc, Others become softer… quieter… more internally reorganized over time.

Every nervous system responds differently.

How someone shows up in a session can be influenced by so many things — stress, life load, emotional processing, safety in the environment, and the capacity their system has that day. The body is always communicating.

Each session unfolds in its own divine timing.

This is why comparison doesn’t serve this work.
Not between people. Not between sessions. Not even between different seasons of your own body.

Spinal Energetics isn’t about performing a response.
It’s about honoring where your system is and allowing it to reorganize in the way that feels most aligned in that moment.

Sometimes that looks like movement.
Sometimes that looks like stillness.

Both are powerful. ✨

we open an intimate container at Awaken Within Studio.
Only ten women.

Jenn will guide us through a sacred cacao ceremony…
softening the heart and opening the field.

Jessica, our trauma-informed breathwork facilitator,
will gently guide you through a powerful breath journey —
creating safety for the body to release what it’s been holding.

Then we move into Spinal Energetics…led by Jenn,
where the spine awakens and your innate intelligence begins to reorganize.

And we close in ecstatic dance —
fully embodied.
