You’re never just seeing the world as it is…
You’re seeing it through the lens of everything you’ve lived, everything your body still holds.

One of the things I love most about Spinal Energetics is how it helps us move beyond those old stories—
the beliefs, the emotional patterns, the survival programs we didn’t even realize were still shaping us.

Some of these patterns once protected us…
but many of them no longer serve who we’re becoming.

Through this work, the body starts to speak.
It shows us what’s been running in the background
and gently reveals what we’re finally ready to release.
