First thing in the morning, drink a glass of water. 💧
When we sleep, we tend to get dehydrated.
And many people skip the water and go straight to coffee or tea.
Try this: while you are making your morning beverage of choice, drink a glass of water.
Pretty simple, right?! But it makes a big difference.
Your blood needs water to maintain good volume and flow in order to deliver oxygen and nutrients to your cells.
Starting your day with a glass of water can boost your energy better than the caffeine you may be reaching for!
As a bonus, I find that this practice sets the stage to drink more water throughout the day, too.
Can’t hurt. Just give it a try!
Think of it like a shower for your insides. A flush and refresh for your system.
