Think of it like personal training—but supercharged. These are 1:1, fully individualized sessions led by highly trained professionals (PTA, DPT, or Athletic Trainer) who specialize in injury recovery and performance.

Whether you’re transitioning out of physical therapy, coming back from an injury, or simply wanting to bulletproof your body against future setbacks, we’ve got you covered. You can enter this service from PT or do this first! Just give us a call or text! 📱

At Breathe In Motion, we specialize in pelvic floor physical therapy for female athletes 💪🏼✨—because pelvic floor education shouldn’t be optional. It’s foundational. 📚

The pelvic floor muscles are just like any other muscles in the body—glutes 🍑, hamstrings 🦵🏼, core 💥—yet they’re often overlooked in traditional PT and medical training. And when pelvic floor dysfunction is ignored, so are the women dealing with it. 😣

Many female athletes come to us after struggling with low back pain, hip tightness, groin pain, or hamstring injuries that just won’t go away. The missing piece? You guessed it—pelvic floor rehab.

We take a whole-body approach to physical therapy: how you move 🏃‍♀️, how you breathe 🌬️, how your pelvic floor connects to your core, hips, and spine 🤝.
