Strong hips, strong floor 💪✨🍑

Your hip mobility affects so much more than how you squat or move—
it’s directly connected to your pelvic floor, glutes, and how efficiently your core stabilizes.

When hip internal rotation is limited, your pelvis can’t move through its natural motion. That changes how your glutes activate, how pressure is managed through your core, and how your pelvic floor muscles coordinate during movement.

We’re growing — and looking for the perfect fits for THREE different roles! 💫

🌿 Brookfield:
We’re searching for a full-time Client Experience Specialist — the warm, welcoming face of Breathe In Motion! You’ll greet clients, manage schedules, and keep our busy days running smoothly. This role is ideally 8-5 Monday- Thursday and 8-12 Fridays.
Our current Office Manager is stepping into a new Regional Administrative role as we expand so she’ll still be a friendly face in the office ! (so exciting!).

🏋️‍♀️ Brookfield + Mequon:
We’re also looking for an Athletic Trainer, experienced Kinesiology major, or PTA to grow our ecosystem of Clinical Strength, Pilates, and Myofascial Release.
If you’re passionate, coachable, and ready to learn our unique approach — we want to meet you!
