Rolled an ankle on the court or field? 👟

Early rehab matters BIG time for our youth female athletes.

Here’s how we like to start in the first phase after a sprain:
1️⃣ Calm the ankle – protect, support, and settle swelling so she’s not pushing through sharp pain.
2️⃣ Gentle motion – ankle pumps, circles, and ABCs to keep it moving (no limping allowed 🚫).
3️⃣ Activate strength – light band work and calf raises to wake up the ankle and lower-leg muscles.
4️⃣ Balance before big cuts – single-leg balance and control drills so she can trust that ankle again before returning to hard cuts and jumps.

If your athlete is “walking it off” but not truly recovering, it might be time for guided rehab. 💪

✨ From pain to peace ✨

With her first pregnancy, Amy faced constant discomfort and limited support. Traditional care left her feeling frustrated and unheard.
