Most athletes are great at pushing and not many are great at recovering. At Breathe in Motion, we talk a lot about strength, mobility, and performance. BUT healing isn’t just physical. Your nervous system plays a massive role in how your body moves, adapts and repairs.

Breath work, slower movement, and practices like yoga help regulate the nervous system, improve recovery and build resilience over time. (Not to mention, I had a beautiful conversation with yoga teacher, Corina, after class today about how it’s also an amazing blend of control, strength and mobility.) What an amazing practice. 🥹

The best athletes don’t just train harder. They recover smarter.

That’s the long game approach we fully believe in. Helping female athletes stay strong and keep doing what they love for years to come.

Often times, the most powerful work you can do for your body starts with breath!
