Melissa Reed with Reed Fitness & Physical Therapy is our Physical Thereapist in the group.

Tired of getting 20 hurried minutes with your physical therapist? Melissa's sessions last 60 minutes in a 1-on-1 setting. She also provides her patients with exercises so they have the tools to rehabilitate their injuries.

Many of our members regularly attend her "Get Moving" class as well. It's a easy going exercise class for those who are 50+ years of age.
