We talk a lot about the aches and pains that happen during pregnancy. But aches and pains happen postpartum and at that point we tend to ignore us and focus on baby. Whether you are breast-feeding 𤱠or bottle feeding š¼ergonomics is super important for you and the baby.
Some tips to to help prevent the aches and pains associated with breast-feeding include
-keep your shoulders relaxed
-use a chair with back support
-use pillows to support your arms and bring the baby to you
-switch up different holding positions
-Avoid leaning to one side
-avoid looking down for too long
-lean back
-stretch after
