It has come to our attention that during last year’s Wisconsin Memorial Park Car Show, a food truck vendor was misled by an individual falsely claiming to represent our event—demanding payment in exchange for a spot. Please be advised: we do not solicit or accept payment from food vendors to participate in the car show. The only fee we collect is a modest registration fee from vehicle participants. Admission for the public remains entirely free.

All food vendors are invite-only and are contacted directly by our staff.

If you are contacted by someone claiming to represent our event or requesting payment, please call our main office at 262-781-7474 to verify the legitimacy of the inquiry. We appreciate your help in protecting the integrity of our event and its guests.

The Roman word "pallium" refers to a person's cape or cloak, often used in relation to a soldier. When the person passed away, they were covered in the cloak. This led to the term "pall" and is a heavy, usually white, and sometimes ornate cloth that is draped over the casket. The terms "casket bearer" and "pall" were merged together to create the term "pallbearer" which refers to a person who carries the casket during a funeral service.

The Sedlec Ossuary is a Roman Catholic chapel, located beneath the Cemetery Church of All Saints in the Czech Republic. This ossuary contains the bones of between 40,000 and 70,000 individuals -- some of them have been used to make a coat of arms, while others are artfully arranged into a chandelier constructed from (at least) one of every bone in the human body.
