JANUARY SPECIAL: $30 OFF OUR GOLD SCRUB!

Now that we are FINALLY back in action on our lower level suite, we are offering a special of $30 off our Gold Scrub! The Gold Scrub includes a 1-hour body scrub (skin exfoliation using special scrub salts and mitts), followed by a 1-hour (fully customizable) massage!

As of right now, we can only offer scrubs Monday through Thursday. The total price will be $192/person, and includes a 2% gratuity that must be paid at the time of booking (the service with tip is regularly $222).

FLOAT OASIS IS REOPENING!!!
STARTING DECEMBER 26TH!!!

We’re finally at the end of the tunnel!
After being closed for four whole months to repair damages from flooding back in August, we are beyond excited to finally be reopening!

Customers will be able to book their own appointments online again beginning this Thursday (but can only book for the 26th or later). The Float phone line (262-317-9100) will be turned off until the 26th, so please do not call to book until then.

We have three of our four tanks reopening - unfortunately, our one open tank, as well as the sauna and cold plunge room, will not be open again for another month or two. But all of our enclosed tanks will be back!

For our lovely, dedicated, and patient members, we are offering a one week Members’ Only preview! If you were a member with us prior to closing, you will be able to call our massage phone line (262-613-9399) and have us book you in starting December 18th! (Members can also book appointments online for dates 12/26 and later, but must call us to book for the 18th-26th).

We know things can be confusing between our two phones and two suites, so if you have any questions, call us at Relaxation Oasis! We can help you with anything you need (262-613-9399).

We so very appreciate how patient you all have been with us while we have been closed. It’s been a stressful year for us at Float Oasis, but we are elated to again be able to share the destressing, relaxing break from the world that comes from float therapy.

We know we keep saying “soon,” but we mean it more than ever this time - our contractor started reconstructing our float tanks this week, and we are going to be able to start filling three of them next week! Sadly, our open tank will need a few more weeks after that as we wait for additional parts, but we are hoping to have floats available again in about two weeks! For real this time!

Lastly, we must announce an UPCOMING PRICING CHANGE FOR MASSAGES. Starting December 15th, all of our regular massage prices will be going up by $5. This will be important to consider when making your holiday gift card purchases, as our gift cards are for dollar amounts, NOT FULL SERVICES! You don’t want your gift recipient to be $5 short at check out!

For anyone awaiting the return of Float Oasis and our Float therapy, we are sad to say it will likely be another month before we have the tanks back up and running. And trust us - the amount we have had to wait has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. Almost every step of the process to rebuild our suite (after the flooding in August) has been met with roadblocks, setbacks, and delays. We wanted to be able to have our tanks available much sooner, however most elements of this recovery process have been out of our control.

But the end is in sight! We have most of the replacement parts we need for the float tanks, and will soon have our contractor in to get to work on repairs. For any members who have keep their memberships active while we have been away, we are continuing to give an additional 1-hour float credit on top of the usual credits you already receive. We super appreciate anyone who has been willing to keep their memberships going while we’ve been closed.

And Relaxation Oasis remains open! For the month of November, all of our charged add-ons - cupping, gua sha, and CBD - are all half off! Our massage therapists are the best in the biz, and can help you with deep tissue therapy or relaxation.

Happy October, Float and Relaxation family!

AN UPDATE ABOUT OUR FLOAT TANKS: We are hoping to get one float tank up and running in just a couple more weeks, and the other three should be fixed and ready about another month after that! We so so appreciate everyone’s patience with us and our business while we recover from flood damage, and we are beyond excited to be seeing some light at the end of the tunnel!

FOR OUR FLOAT MEMBERS: If you kept your membership active while we were closed on the float side, we first want to say: THANK YOU. As an extra thank you, you are getting an additional 1-hour float credit for every month we had to be away. If we are opened back up BEFORE October 25th, you will have earned two additional credits (one for August 25th, one for September 25th, on top of your usual two, so a total of four credits). If we do not have the remaining tanks open again by October 25th, you will get yet another additional credit (so six total since August 10th). And for any members who canceled or put your memberships on hold - we understand, and we hope that you will be able to return as a member once we’re fully open again.

IN THE MEAN TIME: October is double punch month! We still have Relaxation Oasis open for massage therapy, and we even have limited availability for scrubs! So come in and pay with cash (we have a no-fee ATM on site), and for every $20 you spend this month, you will get TWO punches on our punch card (a full punch card can be redeemed for $75 off)!

October is also Sweetest Day month! For the weekend of Sweetest Day (5pm and later Friday the 17th, and all day Saturday and Sunday the 17th and 18th), we require that all appointments be prepaid in full, with a 20% gratuity, at the time of booking. This is to ensure that our lovely and talented massage therapists stay booked and appreciated the whole weekend! So have your payments at the ready if you want to book the weekend of the 18th.

We are so incredibly grateful to our float and massage community, and that we are able to continue bringing you relief and relaxation in an ever-more-stressful world.

Hi float family!

We at Float Oasis wanted to reach out to give everyone an update on our construction/repairs after last month’s flooding caused major damages to our float suite.

As of right now: we still only have massages available (through our sister company, Relaxation Oasis). However, painting is in progress for the reconstructed walls downstairs, so we foresee being able to start offering our scrub service again by the end of the month!

As for our float tanks…we are hopeful that they are salvageable, but we won’t be able to diagnose if they are up to s***f or not until we have let them appropriately dry out (which they have not yet, a full month later!). Our plan is to attempt to get them up and running at the end of this month, however, if any other issues are diagnosed at that time, it could be another month or more before we have working float tanks again.

And with all of the other concerns, we are keeping our sauna and cold plunge service unavailable for the foreseeable future. We are sad to say we don’t have an estimated time that it will be up and running again 😢

Thank you all so much for your patience as we navigate this difficult time. We will post again at the beginning of October to update you all.

Our massage suite was undamaged in the flood, and we have the lower level massage rooms up and running!
