Tasty Tuesday: Nourish Your Thyroid, Fuel Your Morning
This Sweet Potato & Kale Hash is a powerhouse breakfast that supports your energy, hormones, and gut. Topped with pasture-raised eggs for a perfect protein-fat combo that keeps you full and focused. Your thyroid will thank you.
Ingredients:
1 large sweet potato, diced
1 tbsp avocado oil
2 cups chopped kale
1/4 onion, diced
2 pasture-raised eggs
Sea salt, pepper, garlic powder
Instructions:
Roast or pan-fry diced sweet potatoes in avocado oil until golden and soft.
Add onion and kale, cook until kale is wilted. Season to taste.
Fry or poach eggs separately.
Serve hash topped with eggs.
