I should’ve put it in the tiny cart, but it’s too good not to share anyway! 🛒

You’ll hear more on the podcast at some point when we can get an episode scheduled, but in the meantime I am so happy for Yasmeen and Lance in this next evolution of 🦬☀️

They embraced my brand strategy process and ran with it. The vision was always powerful. We just needed to refine it a bit and unlock a few things to fully bring it to life.

Talk about rally cry… go to their IG page and you’ll see what I mean. Our choices DO matter, every day.

In terms of visual branding, while the original yellow version on the left popped, it didn’t communicate a lot of the key things that makes the brand stand out. The 2.0 packaging work with their designer nailed it!

It’s Tiny Cart Tuesday! I’m currently a little obsessed with .desserts - one from a product benefit standpoint (pudding with natural fiber and protein?!) and the other from a ran strategy/launched standpoint. Take a listen to hear more.

Do you ever find yourself staying safe in the “second row” of things? It’s time to channel your FRONT ROW ENERGY! ⚡️👏

Quick story from this AM…
I always reserve a spot in the second row of my spin class (thanks .life for so many awesome classes!) Today I signed up late and got put in the back.

So I waited until I could see what spots were open bc of no-shows. It was either stay in the way back (boring!) or move to the front row middle…directly in front of the instructor.

It’s sort of a thing that the front row people know what they’re doing and other people can follow along since the instructor is facing the other direction.

Guess what…I DO know what I’m doing, and I’ve been doing spin class for years. I am not sure why I was staying in the second row.

With a push, today was the day I channeled my “front row energy” — and the cool thing is that I settled right in. I felt at home next to a class friend.

I had to share this AHA moment because I wonder how many times we all stay in the second row because it’s comfortable.

Find a friend who already believes in you (I do!) and move to the front row. It’s so much fun here!! 🚴🏼‍♀️

Most people think of their brand as a marketing tool, but it can actually help improve your marketing AND your margin…while adding value to your brand every day.

A few outcomes of building a brand:

✔️ less price sensitivity
✔️ increased loyalty
✔️ faster decisions
✔️ more awareness/recognition
✔️ more aligned teams
✔️ less rework/wasted time and money
…and more

Thanks to my Naturally Network board member friend Jean, I met David and Kai from Reprise at a Naturally New England + Naturally New York mingle event Expo West.

I’m so glad I did because I am a fan of the brand both as a food brand strategist and now as a new user! Watch this quick video to see what I think they are doing so well.

The other thing I’ll add is that they are very engaging to talk with, which really is a key opportunity to bring your brand to life with everyone you meet!
