🚨NO SHOW, CANCELLATION, & LATE POLICIES!🚨⬇️

NO SHOW POLICY: For no shows we allow one free pass if you no showed for the first time. After the free pass if a second no show occurs, we require a $50 deposit that will be used towards the service in order to rebook. If a no show occurs more than 2 times, in order to rebook we require an $100 fee that is not refunded or can go towards any service.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require our clients to call 24 hours in advance in order to cancel/reschedule your appointment. For a first time same day cancel we do offer a free pass. After the first free pass, a same day cancellation requires a $50 fee that is not refunded or can go towards a service.

LATE POLICY: If you show up 15 or more minutes late to your appointment without alerting/approval from the office your appointment will be cancelled, therefore we will enforce the cancellation policy.
