During times of crisis, headaches and pain symptoms often worsen. It is important to maintain your health so you can function optimally. Headache and Pain Management Associates of Westchester (HAPMW) is here to assist you.

We currently have regular office hours in Brookfield which are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. If you are healthy and without Covid-19 risk factors (such as cough, fever, difficulty breathing, exposure to someone who is sick, or foreign travel within the past two weeks) you can still be seen in office.

⚠️PLEASE BE ASSURED WE ARE TAKING ALL CDC RECOMMENDED PRECAUTIONS.⚠️

If your migraine is severe, we strongly urge you not to go to the emergency room. Emergency Rooms are busy seeing patients for medical emergencies including triaging for the Covid-19. Contact our office to get an appointment for an abortive injection.

If you are sick, or just prefer not to venture out, we are happy to provide FaceTime, telephone or Skype visits, so you can continue managing your health in the safety and comfort of your home. Simply call our office at 203-885-0444 to reserve your slot.
