We are filled with joy to announce the birth of Asher Paul Schmidt! 🎉 🥳 🎊

He arrived on 12/20/21 at 1:02a.m. 20 inches long and weighing 7 pounds, 11 ounces.

Baby Asher and Momma Ashley are both doing well. The whole family is feeling blessed and soaking up all the snuggles.

Artificial sweeteners are so prevalent in processed food today (like diet soda), and their effects on our brain chemistry are so powerful, that breaking free of its grip can be enormously difficult. But the more awareness we have on their impact, the easier it’s going to be to avoid them in the future.
