BPC‑157: An Educational Overview for Podiatrists

In clinical discussions, BPC‑157 is commonly associated with support for:
🔹 Soft tissue recovery in the foot and ankle
🔹 Tendons, ligaments, and muscles under repetitive stress
🔹 Joint and cartilage health, including degenerative conditions
🔹 Wound environments where healing can be slow or compromised

At AIMX, we approach BPC‑157 with a focus on responsible use, education, and implementation. That’s why Synapep™ BPC‑157 is formulated as a non‑invasive, oral option, using a patented lactoferrin‑based delivery system to support absorption — without injections or complex protocols.

Our goal is to help podiatrists understand where advanced tools like BPC‑157 may fit into modern care, clearly, responsibly, and with confidence.

This is an 80 year old patient with osteoporosis who broke two metatarsals in her foot 4 weeks ago. We did a “DPMx” stem cell injection into her fracture sites and she took Synapep BPC157 peptides for the past four weeks. She came in for her follow up yesterday, and she is healed! The X-ray on the right shows the bone healing that has occurred. I would have expected this type of fracture in an 80 year old with osteoporosis to take months and months to get to the point where this patient is at 4 weeks.

Do your feet burn or tingle?
Are the symptoms worse at night?

You may be experiencing peripheral neuropathy.

Peripheral neuropathy occurs when the nerves in the feet become damaged, affecting normal sensation. Many people assume neuropathy only happens if you have diabetes — but that’s not always the case.

Patients often describe the symptoms in very similar ways, such as:

• Burning or tingling in the feet
• Sharp, shooting pains
• Numbness in the toes
• “My feet feel like they’re wrapped in tape.”
• “It feels like my feet don’t belong to me.”
• “My feet feel like they’re in a vise.”

Neuropathy symptoms are often present in both feet and commonly become more noticeable at night.

There are many possible causes, including:

• Diabetes
• Chemotherapy or other toxic medications
• Alcohol use
• Vitamin imbalances or overdoses
• Environmental toxins
• Poor circulation (PAD)
• Kidney disease
• Thyroid disease
• Autoimmune conditions

There is a simple in-office procedure that can be performed to not only diagnose neuropathy but also to determine how many nerves are still functioning properly. This is not a typical procedure performed by your primary care doctor. This test is pretty exclusively performed by neuropathy specialists such as podiatric physicians.

If you are experiencing these symptoms, don’t accept being told “there’s nothing you can do.”

While neuropathy usually cannot be reversed, it can absolutely be treated and managed.

—————————————————————————
******There are ways to keep the nerves that are still alive in your legs functioning! If you wait too long, and the nerves die off, it’s too late.******
—————————————————————————

The goals of treatment are to:

• Identify and address the underlying cause
• Reduce symptoms
• Protect and support the nerves you still have
• Prevent the condition from getting worse

There are many science-based treatments available that can help improve comfort and function.

If you’re experiencing burning, tingling, or numbness in your feet, come see me for an evaluation.

👣 I’d love to help.

WHAT IS BPC-157??????
LET ME TELL YOU!!!!

BPC-157 is a peptide!

Other well known peptides
- insulin
- weight loss meds such as Ozempic
- collagen peptides for skin health

BPC-157 is a specific peptide that signals your muscles, tendons, bones and ligaments to heal. It goes in to your body and hooks to the receptors of injured or inflamed body parts and says HEAL HEAL HEAL!!!!!

What can It do for you? I’m glad you asked!!!!!

- Overcomes strained and ruptured muscles
- Faster recovery of ligaments, tendons, bones
- Stimulates blood flow
- Reduce inflammation and pain
- Improve flexibility and mobility
- Enhances physical performance

I’ve done a lot of research and found a very reputable company that makes SYNAPEP, an oral peptide that is designed to make it past your digestive system and pulse doses your receptors in order to constantly signal your body to heal 24 hours a day. It’s amazing!

I also practice what I preach. My son broke his ankle and I have him taking them everyday to stimulate bone healing and soft tissue repair. I take them every day for general wellness and joint health and a side effect is weight loss which is nice! I even have my mom taking them!

If you want more information, please contact us and we’d be happy to help!

Thanks for reading this far.

Let’s get better together!!!! 💪👣
