This week, October 6–10, we take a moment to celebrate an often “behind-the-scenes” team that plays a vital role in keeping Pershing Health System running smoothly. We want to recognize Danna, Material Management Supervisor, and Jackie for their dedication and tireless efforts.

From ensuring our providers have the right tools at the right time, to keeping essential supplies stocked and ready, Danna and Jackie work quietly in the background—but their impact is felt throughout every hallway, exam room, and patient experience. Their work supports our nurses, providers, and staff so they can focus fully on patient care.

Pershing Health System – Brookfield, MO
Pershing Health System is seeking a full-time, benefit-eligible Respiratory Therapist to join our team.

We will also consider applicants who are Registered Nurses (RN); however, please note that this role would be exclusively dedicated to respiratory care.

Under the supervision of a licensed physician, the Respiratory Therapist will evaluate patients by performing limited physical examinations and conducting diagnostic tests including those that measure lung capacity to treat diseases such as emphysema, chronic bronchitis, asthma, cystic fibrosis, and pneumonia.

🌟 Celebrating 18 Years of Service 🌟

Today we honor and thank Don Henke, Certified Respiratory Therapist, as he retires after 18 years of dedicated service at Pershing Health System.

Don has touched countless lives with his skill, compassion, and steady presence. For nearly two decades, he has cared for our patients and supported his coworkers with professionalism and kindness, leaving a lasting impact on everyone he has worked with.

We are grateful for the many years Don gave to PHS, and while we will miss seeing him in the halls each day, we celebrate this well-deserved next chapter of his life.

Please join us in wishing Don all the best in his retirement and thanking him for his incredible service to our patients and community. 💙
