Community collaboration at its finest! 🤝
This Valentine's Day, Senior Helpers Waukesha, Legacy Hospice Cares, and Brookfield Academy partnered for the "Love on the Move" initiative. Our goal was simple: ensure our local seniors feel remembered, celebrated, and loved.
By delivering over 250 handmade cards to the residents at Azura Memory Care & Assisted Living in Brookfield and Regency Brookfield, we were reminded of the incredible impact of intergenerational connection. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve and be a part of these seniors' lives.
Thank you to everyone involved for proving that love truly is a community effort.
