Repeat after me..."I am enough!"
Today's Mindful Monday message is so spot-on for many, many folks, possibly ALL of us.
Has there ever been a time when you've felt unqualified to fill a certain role or to grace the presence of certain people? Or maybe you've got something you haven't quite let go of just yet, something that requires your own grace and forgiveness, so you can move forward in life? I know I'm guilty of putting myself into the "less-than category" from time to time, when someone hits a nerve with my self-esteem.
We all have emotional wounds that get stuck in our subconscious and in every cell of our being; every injury has an emotional component to it. Simply put, there is a direct connection between the body, mind and the spirit, so when I help a person whose shoulder is injured, we are releasing emotions connected to the injury, perhaps shane or fear or anger.
This wound of unworthiness is a collective issue, and we all need reminding that we are each here to bring our own brand of greatness into this world and to help others by sharing the story of how we endured a hardship. Perhaps you've survived cancer, or you made it through a very painful divorce, or you've recently lost the use of your legs and considering participating in a 5K. Whatever it is you have been through, trust that your story is going to help another.Trust that you are, indeed, enough. Trust that you are a child of God, and you've got a bright lamp that needs to be dusted off, so you can shine brightly with your more-than-enoughness! 😊
Go be amazing today and have a blessed week ahead 🥰
