Join us for our Sensory-Friendly session at Betty Brinn Children's Museum on Sunday, September 28 from 3:30 to 5:30 PM! Over 70% of exhibits will be thoughtfully modified to reduce overwhelming lights, sounds and movements, creating the perfect environment for families with sensory sensitivities. With smaller crowds and a calmer atmosphere, your family can explore, learn and play at their own comfortable pace. It's another wonderful opportunity to enjoy hands-on learning in a supportive, understanding environment!

The iCan bike camp will be offered in Franklin, Wi this summer.

Success in learning to ride a bicycle is a major accomplishment for attendees and builds confidence and an improved self-image. Nothing is more inspiring than seeing a group of bike camp participants ride a conventional bike completely independently. By the end of the five day camp, over 80 percent of riders learn to ride their bikes completely independently.

Camp Dates: July 28 – August 1, 2025 (one-week Camp, Monday-Friday)
Session Times:
8:30 – 9:45 a.m. / 10:05 – 11:20 a.m. / 11:40 a.m. – 12:55 p.m. / 2:00 – 3:15 p.m. / 3:35 – 4:50 p.m.

Special needs swim at the Ingleside Hotel on Sunday May 11th and 18th from 4-7pm.
The Springs Water Park will offer a special swim from 4pm to 7pm on select Sundays for children and adults with special needs for just $8.50 per person. This rate is applicable for special needs individuals and up to four others (parent, siblings and/or therapist).

First Stage presents a sensory friendly performance of 'Disney and Pixar's Finding Nemo' on Saturday, March 22nd at 3:30pm.

Enjoy a performance where families with children who need sensory accommodations can share the experience of seeing family-friendly theater.

These performances feature a welcoming environment including adjusted sound and lighting, and available quiet areas staffed by educators experienced with the care of students with autism and other developmental differences.

Through the generous support of individuals, corporations, and foundations, First Stage fulfills its mission of transforming lives through theater.
