l’m Amanda. A professional personal trainer & nutrition coach certified by NASM in Tampa, FL

My niche is Veganism, Plant-Based, Gluten-Free, Low Carbohydrates + Pescatarian diets. Weight loss and Lean Muscle are also my thing, just look for yourself. I love lifting weights, all forms of cardio, long walks and yoga. But let’s be real… my guilty pleasures are chocolate chip cookies and ice cream!

It has been a mission of mine to able continue eating my favorite foods while working towards my personal health and fitness goals. Therefore, I would say I also specialize in re-creating desserts to make them healthier

I’m new to the Tampa area and in the process of building my own health & wellness business. I started my journey in Connecticut a few years ago and moved to my favorite state, Florida, to start my dream life alongside my husband! I have years of personal and professional experience
