I want to say thank you to my friend Kim Omelia that encouraged me and let me know Brookfield have 5 Miles Race yesterday to run, I’m so happy that I make it the 2nd place without training since Mother’s Day Race. When I start running not even a block, I’m out of my breath, I said oh no I can’t make it. And I started praying and calling Our Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit be with me and declared Philippians 4:13; Isaiah 41:13 and I started feeling better and running smoother.
