I provide mental health services at Henderson Counseling Group in Brookhaven, MS. I work with children, adolescents, and adults.

I specialize in trauma, food and body issues, and perinatal mental health. I have advanced training in working with people who have experienced any type of trauma. I have additional training in working with postpartum mood disorders as well as food and body image issues.

This is a great video that shows how our pets co-regulate with us. Co-regulation helps us develop skills of self-regulation. This type of reciprocal relationship also has many physical and psychological protective factors and benefits.
