Am I angry these days? Absolutely. And that’s okay.
What helps me? Yoga. Chopping wood. Meditation. Strength training. That’s just me finding ways to move through it instead of letting it sit.
I’ve always said when you walk into our studio, come exactly as you are. Bring the joy, the stress, the grief, the anger. Be brave enough to feel it and work through it. You’ve got this.
