More and more people are continuing to adopt a sedentary lifestyle. Work has moved towards long hours at a desk, with minimal physical exertion and or activity involved. If you are prone to prolonged sitting at your job, it is important to incorporate exercise into your routine. Adults need to be active - around 150 minutes of moderate physical activity per week. If not, you are increasing your chance of cardiovascular disease, as well as other unhealthy habits and problems.

Physical activities may not be enjoyable to start, especially if you haven't done much recently. However, after continuing with your workouts, you will notice how much better you feel! Your body will thank you and you will notice you have energy to perform tasks you didn't use to and your body will feel a million times better. It is never too late to get started!

P.S. If you are struggling with continuing your workouts because you aren't seeing progress, just remember that it took X amount of years to get where you are at, things aren't going to change overnight - or even within a couple weeks. It will take some work but in the end, it will pay off!

There is one carbohydrate that stands above the rest. It is a source that provides complex carbs for your body to digest over time and use as "clean" energy. Sweet potatoes are a great source for carbohydrates, the only problem is not everyone enjoys the taste of a sweet potato after having ate regular potatoes most the time.

There are great recipes for how to cook sweet potatoes. Finding a way that makes it enjoyable depends on a person's taste. Personally, a great way to enjoy sweet potatoes is through the use of an Air Fryer. Air Fryers are great and won't break the bank. They can help you cook different items and add a deep fried-esque factor to your cooking without the fatty oils.

Cutting up a sweet potato into slices, seasoning with preferred seasoning and adding some olive oil to prevent them from drying out is a great way to make some healthy potato wedges!

Dr. David Harrell, PhD, DBRM, FAARM, FRIH* conducted a research study to test if BMAC HARVEST/TERUMO SYSTEM (centrifugre) was superior to other methods as it had been said. Dr. Harrell compared it with the MARROW CELLUTIONS Aspirate Kit.
