Stress Free Mom MD Doctors & Healers! Achieve mastery in mindset, coaching, business & sales with NLP & Hypnosis. Messa

If you are struggling with balance between being a physician and being a mom and wife.... If you feel like you are losing yourself inside of the many roles you have been assigned and assign yourself.... if you even feel that you are experiencing the death of your passion... consider reaching out. We as physicians have been conditioned since the inception of our medical training. As women doctors and especially as mommies we are trained to put ourselves last. Well We work with physicians moms who are waking up to the need for change; undoing the indoctrination, unhooking emotions from past trauma (from our training and beyond), and erasing negative thoughts, so that you can see the answers right in front of you and create a life of your design.

To the Physicians, Nurses, & Healthcare (Clinical and NonClincal Leaders) in my community:

I was recently interviewed on a podcast about the contributors to burnout and the workforce shortages due to mass exit that we are seeing in healthcare. One theme that continued to emerge was psychological safety. When people do not feel seen, heard, respected, valued and welcomed they don't stay.

That is why I am passionate about the work I do, and why I am leading a training hosted by Maryland Healthcare Education Institute on Psychological Safety

The training is this Thursday, September 12th 10-11:30 am EST, and here's what I'll cover.

- What Psychological Safety is and why it's important... no imperative to prioritize in the healthcare space
- What are the specific characteristics and elements that contribute to and take away psychological safety
- How does building trust create safety, and what actions build and take away trust
- What are specific actions individuals can take to build safety w/colleagues and patients
- What measures can organizations begin to take to build trust and safety in the organizations

It is not too late to join, so if this topic is of interest to you, your leadership, or your organization, I invite you to jump and share with the leaders of your organization as well.

Last night I had a session with one of my NLP students in training and I was coaching her through a challenge when I realized something....

I've been focusing so much on my organizational work that I haven't mentioned lately my first love....coaching!

YES! I still provide 1-1 deep work coaching to release unconscious blocks and habits that are no longer serving you, and to enhance your capacity to set and communicate boundaries in a way that the people around you hear, honor, and want to respect them.

Coaching doctors and healthcare professionals is what I left clinical medicine to do, and the deep unconscious mindset and emotional release work is what have become most known for in my circles and helping people communicate effectively their needs once they have released what is no longer serving them is what I absolutely love...

SO, if you are somebody or know somebody who needs THIS kind of work, send me a message and let's talk.

Yesterday, I hosted my webinar “A Trauma Informed Approach to Navigating Conflict & Difficult Conversations” and it went extremely well. The attendees were extremely engaged and took away actionable tools to utilize when managing conflict and difficult interactions.

One of the things I shared about was that this webinar was part of a deeper dive into managing difficult conversations that is contained within the CME training. As you know my “Communication That Transforms: Creating Psychological Safety Through Trauma Informed Communication” online course is now accredited for 22 Category 1 CME credits. This course is more than just about creating psychological safety, it is about learning the tools to expand listening and speaking and to develop deeper emotional intelligence so that we do more good than harm in our communities, families, and work places.

I asked the participants of the training yesterday to partner with me in one of three ways and today I’m asking you. I invite you to partner with me in one or more of the following ways:

1. Jump in and take the course yourself (either as a way to scout for your organization or for your own personal expansion). Either way, you can use CME or personal development funds. Here is the link to learn more and register: https://mindremappingacademy.com/courses/ticc-healthcare

2. Share with colleagues: Even if you are still deciding whether the course is right for you or whether it is the right time, you might want to share this with your colleagues and leadership (if you are inside of an organization or hospital system). Imagine the benefit this could bring to the culture. I’ve included a pic of the flyer for you to download and share.

3. Bring me in for a "Conflict & Conversations" or "Psychological Safety" training or workshop: Perhaps before committing to sharing the course with your leadership you want them to get a taste of what you got in the webinar. For that you may message me directly. I’d love to come lead a program for your ERG groups, leadership, team or department meeting or retreat.

Whether you choose 1, or all three, thank you for being a part of a solution that can change systems.

I have some very exciting news! 🙌🏽

I am starting a new podcast called Behind Beliefs and Behaviors: Getting to the Root Cause with Dr. Maiysha.

I decided to start this podcast because as I have evolved as a podcaster, so have my topics. This podcast will be a reflection of my voice now. I have loved hosting the Black Mind Garden Podcast, and it will remain on platforms for my audience to enjoy. However, starting April 1st, I will be transitioning to this new podcast, and guess what? It also happens to be my birthday month!

For my birthday, I’ve decided that I want to impact at least 1000 people through the podcast. This is no small feat, so I will need my community.

If you are willing to be one of those people who will simply share the podcast with friends, colleagues or family, let me know in the comments! Then go listen to the trailer, and hit subscribe so you will know when the episode drops.
https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/behindbeliefsandbehaviors
or
simply search: Behind Beliefs and Behaviors on your favorite podcast streaming platforms.

Stay tuned, I’ll be sharing more about this exciting release soon. Until then, stay empowered!
