Freedom Pharmacy is your mail order pharmacy supplying workers’ comp patients with their prescribed medications. Your physician may e-prescribe, call, fax or mail your prescriptions to us directly. We can provide self addressed stamped envelopes with the receipt of your first order, allowing you to return your doctor’s refill prescriptions to us. You will be enrolled in our automatic refill plan. This means you will receive your refills automatically without having to call in. Refills will remain on your prescription. You will also be contacted by our customer service team when you’ve run out of refills. Please look for a call from Freedom Pharmacy at 610-276-5830. States currently serviced: PA, FL, and MD. Our services are easy and give you the FREEDOM to worry less about your prescriptions and get back your independence!

What is a Medicare Set Aside? It's “a financial agreement that allocates a portion of a workers’ compensation settlement to pay for future medical services related to the workers’ compensation injury, illness, or disease. These funds must be depleted before Medicare will pay for treatment related to the workers’ compensation injury…” (CMS.gov)
