Did you know if you provide us with your email address we can send you an invitation to your patient portal. What is the patient portal? It is a way for you, the patient, to communicate with your provider, request medication refills, review your medical records, including visits, labs, test results, etc. (Not all medical records may be available via the portal) You can also check your balance, update your address, your insurance, medications. So take control of your medical care and register for the patient portal today!
