Starting to think foreclosures are going to go main stream.... I remember when a house going in foreclosure was the worst thing that could have happened to a person. It seems with the tsunami of foreclosures in the past 5 years that it's not a huge deal. But I assure you it is very difficult for family to recover

After all these years of foreclosures you would think we're just about done... but the truth is I think it will be mainstream. Everyone knows somebody that "survived". But the truth is a shift happened in our collective minds. There is less fear out there and less judgement and that's always a good thing.
