β€œβ£πŸ–πŸ» Keep a water bottle in your dominant hand to avoid mindless snacking! You can drink the water instead and if your hand is busy you’re not reaching for unhealthy foods. ⁣

⁣πŸ₯— Fuel your body every 2-3 hours with healthy small mini meals (almonds, string cheese, turkey, Fuelings). ⁣

⁣🍽 Choose a smaller (9-inch) plate and look at all your food options before piling food on the plate. Fill your plate with healthy options like turkey or, veggies. ⁣

⁣ ⁣πŸ₯§ Avoid trigger foods. If you don’t think you can have 2-3 bites without derailing then avoid completely! Sugar is highly addictive. ⁣

A Latkes recipe that looks delicious!
Cauliflower & Zucchini Latkes
Makes 1 serving: 3 green | 1.5 ounces lean | 1.5 condiments
Ingredients:
1 cup grated cauliflower
1/2 cup grated zucchini
1 chopped scallion or less
1/8 tsp Salt
ΒΌ tsp Pepper
ΒΌ tsp Garlic powder
1 egg and 1 egg white
Directions:
Drain the grated cauliflower and zucchini of excess water ( I wrapped in paper towels and squeezed it out).
Mix everything together and fry small pancakes in a pan with cooking spray.
