SDSU students completed their Service Project for their Leadership class in the Woodlands memory care neighborhood. They decorated frames with puzzle pieces, made flower bouquets, and spent time getting to know our residents along the way. It turned into one of those afternoons full of creativity, connection, and plenty of smiles, a fun time for everyone involved!

A few of our residents, including our Maintenance Director, Tim, joined in the finger-knitting fun. Tim made his blanket as a birthday gift for his daughter, which made it even more special. There’s something about creating something by hand, especially when it’s made for someone you love.

We hid over 2,000 eggs, and let’s just say… they didn’t stay hidden for long! From little ones on the hunt to families joining in the fun, there was excitement around every corner. The Easter Bunny was also busy, snapping photos with 150+ smiling faces throughout the day! A day full of laughter, community, and a whole lot of eggs — we’d call that a pretty egg-stra special celebration! 💛🌷
