She started with BVC in 2013, shortly after graduating from Augustana University, initially working as a Optometric Technician for Dr. Twitero, moving into the role of Office Manager, and now she's our COO! She exemplifies our core values of CARE - Compassion, Authenticity, Respect and Excellence! We appreciate all Jenna's done and all she continues to do!
