19 Minute Full Body (Mostly Hands & Knees) Yoga Style Flow

Rule Number 1: If it works, work it! AKA, if it feels good proceed, if it brings you pain, back out and come into any rest shape of your choice. Your breath is a great way to gauge your practice. Easy effortless breath is good yoga, short, forced, or uneven breath could be a sign to do 5-10% less. All optional, EXCEPT for your breath. 🤩🤘🏽⚡️

This was one of my teacher’s teachers. Blessed to have had pieces of Judith’s teachings ripple down to me. Things happen when you give yourself permission to slow down. An invitation to come home, of sorts, to what is and always was and will continue to be. 🙏🏽

You don’t have to earn rest. You are already enough. This is your reminder to slow down, breathe, and receive. Jai!

✨Hatha yoga is: more than just the postural practice! 😜

❣️This week’s virtual practice is POSELESS YOGA- a 12 minute guided meditation and body scan for some much needed space to notice, unwind and be in this fast paced world.

❣️You can’t slow down time, but you can slow down your breathing, and with practice you may find more time for the things you actually want, and less time spent in ways that don’t serve you. Meditation is a great way to notice both.

❣️My first meditation script I wrote myself, kinna nervous but feeling the fear and doing it anyway is something my Yoga practice taught me. 😬

❣️Compassion to the self and space to observe lovingly is good yoga. 🙏🏽⚡️

18 Min Full Body Yoga Style Flow instructed to an abled body video camera, big emphasis on ALLLLL poses optional. Main intention on breath, and the space + length created on inhale, and the contraction, release and settling created on exhale. 😄

If you would like any variations on poses offered, please reach out and happy to help within my scope of practice. No two bodies the same- no two sides of same bodies the same, and there’s no way I know your body, mind, and breath better than you!! 🫶🏽😄🙏🏽
