CaringEdge’s impact on our community through Physical and Occupational Therapy is truly beyond measure! For upcoming National Senior Health & Fitness Day, we were blessed to have Elizabeth spend the afternoon with our residents showcasing assistive devices and playing a fun game of “Name That Tool!” So thankful for the knowledge, laughter, and meaningful moments shared together today with Liz!

🐾❤️ A huge thank you to the Brookings Regional Humane Society for visiting our residents today for our monthly pet therapy sessions! The cuddles, wagging tails, and happy moments brought so much joy to both Assisted Living and Memory Care! There’s just something magical about the comfort and connection animals bring to us! ✨

Today we enjoyed beautiful gospel and country favorites by the talented Delores Intermill on her piano accordion with a special Hawaiian tune! We are blessed to have her visit us each month to warm our community with her music!

Teachers make up many of our residents. What makes it special is how they bring the same patience and understanding they once used in the classroom into everyday life here. So, while they may not have a lesson plan anymore… they’re still shaping the room, building connections, and making people feel seen.
