6-week workshop series is a comprehensive, educational program designed to support the parent(s), guardians, and caregivers of young adults who live with mental health conditions. Evaluation of the program shows participants increased capacity to engage in personal self-care practices, problem solving, self-efficacy and empowerment to address family concerns.

FY103: Self-efficacy Seminar: A 1-credit course at Boston University where students examine their relationship values and the socio-cultural factors that influence their interpersonal and workplace relationships. Learn and practice critical communication skills from active listening and responding with empathy, to navigating difficult conversations and problem-solving.

A semester long, college simulation for young adults. Students evaluate their personal areas of strength and limitation as it relates to their academic goals learn essential relationship building and interpersonal healing skills, as well as examine their feelings about and readiness to engage in next steps. In this interactive experience, students learn and practice these skills and develop individualized road maps to self-care routines and supports to access during their time Niteo semester and beyond.

He endured repetitive head injuries, addiction, and mental health challenges as he found a path to resilience and wellbeing.
