Sometimes the Universe is looking out for you when you don't get what you hoped for. I'm sure someone out there was hugely disappointed not to be able to make it to Burning Man this year, at first, for example 😉
Fostering a sense of feeling supported, even when things aren't going your way, can help us see the ways in which the Universe has our back.

Being guarded keeps us from truly feeling joy, because it keeps us both in a state of fear and in a state of imprisonment. The armor that keeps us protected, also weighs us down and makes us tired and clumsy. The walls that keep the enemy out, also keep out the friend and festival, and keep us locked away inside.
And so, joy can only really be really experienced in a place of vulnerability.
