A moment of practice with Molly Gawler, .music and

I'm sharing several original songs that I've never performed in public before, so grateful to this crew for making the process not only not scary, but rich joyful, what a dream band!

We'll be playing this coming Wednesday, 9/24, if the weather is good we'll be outside around a fire, come at 6 or 7 to be nourished by the by-donation community dinner , and stay for music at 8 (also by donation)!

It's going to be a great night, I'd love to share it with you 🌛

1: Track a… coyote? bobcat? fox? (Do you know what this is?) down to the river

2: leave the tracks at the fallen tree bridge. Ah for 4 legs…

3: hoar frost… beaver and otter slides into the water…

4: I follow

5: 10 minutes later the feeling returns to my toes

6: by the time I climb the hill I'm so warm I stay out to do my meditation in the sun

7: inside for breakfast. Grateful.
