Engage your 🤚🏽's - most people are calmed by touching soft/smooth objects. ⁠⠀

* wear soft fabrics - cotton or silks⁠⠀
* try cozy socks before bed⁠⠀

Evidence cited in the July issue of found that gardeners had higher levels of body positivity and were more in tune with their body’s rhythms. Another study (Raanaas 2010) found that when plants were added to the environment study participants reported a higher quality of life. ⁠
⁠
So go ahead and get yourself a plant! You might feel better about yourself and your life.⁠
⁠
Worried you can’t be a good plant parent? It’s okay, I understand. Try a Pathos plant. They are one of the easiest most forgiving house plants. You can pick them up at the grocery store, your local nursery, Home Depot, or any of these online nurseries:⁠ded⁠
