May is Mental Health Awareness Month! SHS strives to raise awareness about mental health, reduce stigma, and share resources for all BU students. We encourage you check in with your mental health by taking a free, confidential online screening at https://echeckup.sdsu.edu/screener/bostonu (link in profile).

As we near the end of the semester, it’s also a good time to plan how to support your mental health during the summer. If you’ll be residing in Massachusetts this summer, you can continue or start treatment with SHS clinicians. If you’ll be out of state, we can help you find a therapist near where you live to continue your care. Supporting your mental health also extends beyond therapy – we can all take care of our mental health by staying connected to others, maintaining boundaries, and making time for rejuvenating activities.
