Boston's premier yoga studio offers three levels of instruction, many styles of yoga and is the home to some of America's most senior yoga teachers. With beautiful custom-built studios in Back Bay, South End, Brookline, Harvard Sq, Porter Sq, & Newton the studios have a class for everyone. Immerse yourself in a transformative weekend of Ashtanga Yoga with Down Under’s esteemed faculty! ✨ From March 21–23, explore the tradition, technique, and transformative power of Ashtanga yoga. Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or just starting your journey, this intensive will challenge, inspire, and deepen your connection to the practice 💫

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic practice made up of six series or levels, each following a fixed order of postures. Rooted in vinyasa—the fluid movement between poses synchronized with breath—this practice builds strength, flexibility , and endurance, while also fostering mental clarity and inner peace. The demanding nature of Ashtanga encourages practitioners to push beyond mental barriers, cultivating mindful breathing and a deeper awareness of the inner limbs of the yoga sutras within a structured and disciplined framework 🤸🧘‍♂️
