Restore Body Balance A holistic health and wellness practice that focuses on the mind body connection, positive life changes, and alternative ways to approach healthcare.

Since 1998 I have been a licensed psychotherapist and have helped hundreds of clients with traditional methods. What I attribute to better outcomes and recovery is a complement of Nutritional Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. (MBSR)

To heal is to understand. Don’t try to bury these feelings, but instead work towards recognizing them and finding coping mechanisms that work for you 🫵
