Restore Body Balance A holistic health and wellness practice that focuses on the mind body connection, positive life changes, and alternative ways to approach healthcare.

Since 1998 I have been a licensed psychotherapist and have helped hundreds of clients with traditional methods. What I attribute to better outcomes and recovery is a complement of Nutritional Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. (MBSR)

Upon completion of additional training in these adjunct therapies, I developed a program that allows clients to access and cultivate their natural capacity to actively engage in caring for themselves and find greater balance, peace of mind and improved overall health.

Anxiety isn’t a “one-size fits all” diagnosis. It can manifest both physically and mentally with an array of behaviors displayed depending on the individual.

To heal is to understand. Don’t try to bury these feelings, but instead work towards recognizing them and finding coping mechanisms that work for you 🫵

Let’s raise awareness as to avoid harmful stigmas surrounding anxiety and bring support to those who need it ❤️🙌
