I’m making a conscious effort to limit my news intake and step away from social media platforms that are only injecting more fear and paranoia into my day to day. Maintaining good mental health is half the battle friends.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Stay alert and aware of what you need to do to protect yourself and loved ones, but then step away and focus on the positive, immerse yourself in projects to keep busy, and remember that in today’s climate you have to seek out the positive news — because it is there, but they won’t tell you about it on TV. 🖤✨
