Tips Tuesday:
Struggling with self worth can be challenging. There are many tools you could use to increase your confidence.
Listening to what you tell yourself about who you are, your worth, your skills, and your attributes will allow you to be more aware of your negative self talk.
Negative self talk can creep into your beliefs about yourself and turn into distortions.
To challenge your negative self talk find evidence to prove it wrong. For example, if you tell yourself you are a bad friend, find times when you were a good friend.
I encourage you to change your negative self talk by writing two positive things about yourself each day for 7 consecutive days.
