Thank you to everyone who joined us for our second round of sessions for A Matter of Balance where our seniors joined us to learn and practice safety practices to avoid falling. Minnesota ranks second in the nation for fall-related deaths among adults 65 and older, with numbers climbing faster than the U.S. average. We are honored to be able to provide such a service to our community to ensure their safety.

As a nonprofit, we are excited to be able to grow our culturally specific programs that support the health, safety, and wellness of Minnesota’s South Asian community — from senior meals and social hours to mental health resources, domestic violence support, LGBTQ+ services, youth programs, and our expanding SAPNA initiative for neurodivergent children and their families. As we approach Give to the Max Day on November 20, 2025, we invite you to uplift this work with a donation. Your support directly strengthens community connection, wellness, and empowerment across Minnesota.

Donate to us here: https://www.givemn.org/story/Sewa2025for Give the Max Day! No amount is ever too small and always appreciated.
