When Steven Grams needed care for a complex aneurysm in his heart, experts across Allina Health came together to do something only done at one other center in the nation.

Through teamwork and innovation, our heart and neuroscience teams treated his heart aneurysm with the Woven Endo Bridge (WEB) embolization system, a minimally invasive approach most often used for brain aneurysms.

For Steven, this team‑based care meant a safer option and a chance to return to life with fewer limitations. By collaborating across specialties and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, our teams deliver care that is precise, thoughtful and always centered on what matters most to patients.

· Thank them out loud for all they do.
· Don’t diminish their experience when they share their tougher experiences.
