We have a wonderful new opportunity for anyone seeking employment. We have recently redefined our supervisory position from the Program Manager and Program Coordinator to Shift Lead. Each apartment will have two Shift Leads and the primary reason we have made this organizational change is to have the position be more focused on overseeing and assisting with the care of the residents. The pay rate will be $23.00 per hours.
Examples of duties that are no longer associated with the role:
• Setting up medical, dental, or other health care appointments.
• Assisting with the hiring process
• Reviewing timecards
• Planning department meetings and in-services
• Sending materials to IDT team
Examples of duties that remain the same:
• Oversee care of residents
• Implements programs and trains staff on new programs
• Oversees orientation and training of new staff in their living unit
• Oversees and ensures appropriate charting and data collection
• Be on call (when assigned) and ensure apartments have appropriate coverage
• Assists with emergency and crisis situations
• Plan community outings for residents
