It’s a common fear, often fueled by what we see in movies. The idea of someone else "taking over" your mind can feel incredibly vulnerable.

But in reality, therapeutic hypnosis is the exact opposite. You aren’t losing control: you’re finally taking it back.

Think of your subconscious like an autopilot system that’s been running on outdated software. Hypnosis is simply the process of stepping into the cockpit, updating those settings, and deciding where you actually want to go. You remain fully aware, fully present, and always in the driver’s seat.
