What is your favorite part about being a caregiver at our agency?
I love seeing my patients’ mood improve and feel cared for. I have excellent interpersonal skills and am extremely patient and resilient.

Can you share a memorable experience the showcases the support you receive while working here?
I encountered Shelley, Syracuse Community Outreach Representative and she assisted me with getting what I needed to become an employee. Everything was a smooth transition.

How do you feel our agency stands out in terms of staff treatment?
I enjoy the collaborative environment at Elite Choice and the opportunity to work with talented and passionate people.

In honor of Mother's Day our Director of CDPAP, Karina, shares her thoughts on being a mom.

“Being a mom is about loving another human being unconditionally. It's about selflessness, sacrifice, and a profound sense of responsibility. It means being a source of comfort, support, and encouragement, while also being a teacher and a role model. Being a mom involves both the joyous moments of watching your child grow and succeed, as well as the challenges and struggles that come with the territory. Ultimately, being a mom means having a lifelong bond with your child that is built on love, trust, and mutual respect.”
