🫀 MYT, developed by , weaves Traditional Chinese Medicine with yoga for a powerful practice that helps you to deepen your relationship with your body, your emotions, and the subtle energetic pathways in your body. This practice helps us to tap into the deep innate wisdom of our bodies, and our capacity to heal from within.

🫁 We will practice yoga asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork), qi gong, sound purification exercises, active meditation, and rest.

🫶 This practice is all-levels, beginner-friendly, and trauma-informed.

A venmo scammer has been praying on our clientele for nearly a month now. Using the handle - and other minor variations, the scammer lures students into accidentally paying their account. Venmo will freeze their account, but another will pop back up immediately. We are entertaining the idea of switching from Venmo to Tap To Pay. How do you feel about tap to pay donations? Leave a comment below.

2) The East Village floors buckled under the heat, and the AC began leaking into the bathroom ceiling. The East Village remains fully functional, albeit not as beautiful due to missing pieces of floor. The installer has been difficult in scheduling a return to repair.

3) It may be too late to schedule a fall YTT, but let us know if you are interested in the comments below! If not fall, we’ll have a YTT in Winter. Let us know if you want a weekend or intensive style training!

Baby Cobra Yoga is crossing the river! Join us for the opening of our Manhattan studio on Saturday, May 17th, 12-8pm.
Festivities include:
12-1pm and 3-5pm community building, tea, fruits, snacks (feel free to bring any!)
1-3pm yoga & meditation with multiple teachers
5-6:15pm vinyasa flow to electronic sound journey
and introducing for the first time 🥁 BCY MERCHANDISE!
It’s a casual “come and go” event. Doors open at 12pm. Dogs welcome.
237 First Ave (entrance on 14th Street); 4th floor (elevator)

Just got back from clown school in France again, who wants to play?! I’m sorry if the flyer is a little scary, I’m not that great at drawing. But that’s ok, we don’t have to be great at everything!

Let’s be bad at stuff together and have fun doing it. See you Friday’s at 7 pm for dance, clowning and games. No tickets needed for this one, donation based!
