New research out of Canada highlights the hidden dangers of the fire service. It’s no longer just about the fire itself—it’s about the long-term exposure and stress that follows.

⚠️ 84% of fatalities in the study were linked to occupational cancer.
⚠️ Mental health disorders are rising at an alarming rate due to continuous trauma exposure.

We can’t change the nature of the job, but we can change how we monitor the health of those doing it. Early detection through advanced diagnostics is the most powerful tool we have to fight back against these trends.
