I’m not a chef but I am a nutritionist who understands that sometimes we just don’t have the mental load to cook. So, I’m sharing some of my favorite recipes from the internet (with a few modifications to fill out your plate and balance your nutrients –– without feeling deprived).

Don’t blindly follow that influencer’s diet advice. As with any medical issue, your nutrition journey should begin with lab tests facilitated by your primary care doctor to see where you’re not getting enough nutrients and to get a more holistic view of what your body might need. Getting these tests are helpful for knowing how to proceed so you can live a happier and healthier life.

1 medium banana (carb, fiber, taste, micronutrients)
1 tablespoon ground flax seed (fat, fiber, micronutrients)
