A smoothie is amazing for getting some key nutrients for the day without having to make things complicated or cook a time-consuming meal. However, I see clients making their smoothies super complicated or highly caloric without meaning to, so here’s my go-to combination for a perfect smoothie that tastes great and offers you important nourishment to start your day.
Feel free to mix and match ingredients based on your needs and tastes! I have a couple recommendations here of my own.
