🧼1. Clean them daily: Rinse and gently brush your retainers or aligners with lukewarm water to keep them fresh and clear.
🎁2. Protect your appliances: If you’re wearing retainers or clear aligners, don’t wrap them in napkins at holiday dinners - they get thrown away! Always store them in their case.🗑️
🍽️3. No eating or drinking with aligners in: Stick to water only to prevent staining and damage. Enjoy the holiday treats after removing them!
